The agritourism Colle da Vinci is centered in the iconic landscape of central Tuscany. The masterful renovation of the ancient farmhouse, which resulted in five independent apartments, allowed to respect the traditional Tuscan architecture, granting at the same time modernity and comfort: the original structures made of majestic wood beams were maintained and highlighted by the functional furniture.
The agricultural holding stands at 300 m above sea level, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, in a panoramic location which allows to enjoy a pleasantly windy climate, ideal for midsummer vacations. The apartments develop from ground to first floor, all of which have an outside dining area, cooking facilities, TV, master bedroom, day beds and/or children’s beds, private bathroom and free wi-fi connectivity. The agritourism also offers a swimming pool from which you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking panorama underneath.
There are various typical restaurants and landmarks within a range of 2 km. Besides the renown cities of artistical interest such as Florence, Pisa or Siena (all of which reachable in less than an hour) the area of Montalbano offers evocative villages including Vinci, hometown of Leonardo, Etruscan archeological sites, hiking and mountain bike tracks, golf courses and a horse stables for riding. Monsummano natural thermal pools and climbing crag are also just 25 minutes away.

Forno apartment develops its 55 sq.mt. on two floors and is located in the south-west side of the structure, the farest from the entry and parking.
Upon entering, you will be presented with a spacious living room, once deputed to the horse stables of the ancient farmhouse, where the original brick cross vaults are still visible. Should you need extra sleeping accommodation, the sofa can be opened to reveal a comfortable bed. Modern cooking facilities are in the corner where originally the fireplace and oven were located. By climbing the stairs, still with original stone steps, you will reach the bathroom and master bedroom, still with the original wooden beam ceiling as well, and an eclectic walk-in closet derived from a storeroom.
Caminetto apartment is based at the ground floor, measuring 45 sq.mt. and resides in a central position of the building, with the shortest access to the swimming pool. Entrance is directly from the garden to a vast living room, with supplementary sleeping accommodation (sofa-bed) and the kitchen, where the majestic perfectly conserved old fireplace stands out along with the original wooden beams. In the adjacent rooms you will find the bathroom and the master bedroom, where the classical style of the ancient mirror glass counters the modern one of the wide wardrobe.
Granaio apartment is located on the upper floor, measuring 60 sq.mt. Upon entering you will find a wide living room, with the original beams and modern cooking facilities, once used as the barn of the farmhouse, where extra sleeping accommodation (sofa-bed) can be arranged. From the living room, both the bathroom and master bedroom with vast wardrobe can be reached. The location of the apartment allows to enjoy a striking view of the hills adorned by vineyards and olive groves.
Legnaia apartment is located at the ground floor and measures 50 sq.mt. The access from the garden and the two wide French windows make it luminous and comfortable for guests with disabilities. The vast living room is equipped with a sofa-bed and cooking facilities. Through a compact hall, with a wall mounted wardrobe, the bathroom and bedroom are presented.
Apartment Rondine is located at the first floor, measuring 50 sq.mt., and was obtained from the volumes of the old farmhouse barn where, in the place that now hosts the cooking facilities, for many years a swallow used to make its nest, hence the name. From the entrance the living room is accessed, with the possibility of settling extra sleeping accommodation, as well as the spacious master bedroom, equipped with a wide wardrobe, and the bathroom, made very luminous by the roof window. From every window of the apartment you will be able to enjoy the panoramic view on olive groves and vineyards that characterizes the below standing hilly landscape.
